IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY: These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PepperCo Research website (peppercoresearch.com, the “Site”), operated by PepperCo Research (“PepperCo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. RESEARCH USE DISCLAIMER

All products sold on this Site are research chemicals intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research. They are not dietary supplements, drugs, medical devices, food, or cosmetics. They are not FDA-approved and are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of administration to humans or animals.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, veterinary advice, or a therapeutic claim. No statement on this Site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority. 2. AGE & ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 21 years of age to access the Site, create an account, or place an order. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

– You are purchasing products for legitimate laboratory research purposes only.

– You will not administer, distribute, dispense, or transfer any product purchased from this Site to any human or animal.

– You will use the products solely in accordance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

– You are not a person or entity prohibited from purchasing research chemicals under applicable law.

– You are not purchasing on behalf of any person or entity that would be prohibited from purchasing under applicable law.

3. NO MEDICAL, VETERINARY, OR THERAPEUTIC CLAIMS

PepperCo makes no medical, veterinary, or therapeutic claims about any product. Product descriptions on this Site are provided solely for research-context purposes and reference published scientific literature. Any reference to research studies, biological mechanisms, or published data is provided for informational and study-design context only and does not constitute a claim about the product’s effects in humans or animals.

PepperCo does not provide dosing instructions, reconstitution protocols, administration guidelines, or usage recommendations. Any such information found in customer reviews, third-party content, or external forums is not provided, endorsed, or approved by PepperCo and does not represent our guidance.

4. PRODUCTS

4.1 Product Catalog

PepperCo Research sells research-grade peptide compounds and reference materials for laboratory research. Our catalog includes compounds in the following research categories: metabolic research, dermatological and anti-aging research, longevity and cellular health research, endocrine and growth-axis research, and tissue repair and recovery research.

All products are sold as research reagents. Product names may include catalog identifiers (e.g., PCR-081 Complex, PCR-070 Complex) that do not imply any therapeutic or cosmetic function.

4.2 Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Where available, PepperCo provides Certificates of Analysis from independent third-party laboratories. COAs include batch/lot numbers, purity testing results (HPLC), molecular identity verification (mass spectrometry), and net content data. COAs are provided for research verification purposes and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

COAs are specific to the batch/lot tested and may not reflect the performance, safety, or efficacy of the product in any application. The buyer is responsible for conducting their own research and validation before use.

4.3 Product Warranties

Products are sold “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” PepperCo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We specifically disclaim all warranties related to medical, veterinary, therapeutic, cosmetic, or human-consumption use.

Product specifications, including purity percentages and net content, are based on third-party laboratory testing and are provided for informational purposes. Actual results may vary depending on analytical methodology and conditions.

5. NO REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final. PepperCo Research does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

– No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, changed circumstances, product dissatisfaction, or delivery delays.

– No returns are accepted. Products that have left our facility cannot be returned to inventory due to chain-of-custody and safety requirements.

– No exchanges or substitutions are permitted once an order has been processed.

– If an order is cancelled by PepperCo at our sole discretion prior to shipment, we may issue store credit at our discretion. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy is non-negotiable. By completing checkout, you waive any right to dispute charges with your payment processor on the basis of product dissatisfaction, and you acknowledge that all sales are final.

6. ACCOUNTS & CHECKOUT

6.1 Account Registration

Account registration is required to view product pricing and complete checkout. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your research context. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

6.2 Research Use Agreement

By completing checkout, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

– You are purchasing products for legitimate in vitro laboratory research purposes only.

– You understand that these products are not FDA-approved and are not for human or animal use.

– You will not administer, dispense, or distribute these products to any human or animal.

– You accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

– You indemnify PepperCo against any misuse of products purchased through the Site.

6.3 Order Acceptance

Orders are not binding until accepted by PepperCo. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that we suspect are intended for human or animal use, orders from restricted jurisdictions, or orders that violate these Terms.

7. PAYMENT

PepperCo accepts payment through WAAVE Technologies, our authorized payment processor. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, subject to processor availability and verification.

By submitting payment, you authorize PepperCo to charge your payment method for the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping. Payment processing is handled by WAAVE Technologies in accordance with their terms and PCI DSS compliance standards.

PepperCo does not store credit card information on our servers. All payment data is tokenized and processed through WAAVE’s PCI-compliant infrastructure.

8. SHIPPING, TITLE, & RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. PepperCo is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit after they have been handed to the carrier.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the import, possession, and use of ordered products is lawful in their jurisdiction. Customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with import regulations are the buyer’s sole responsibility.

PepperCo ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain states or jurisdictions based on applicable laws and regulations.

9. CUSTOMER REVIEWS & USER-GENERATED CONTENT

9.1 Review Moderation

PepperCo reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove customer reviews and any user-generated content that references human use, dosing, administration, injection, reconstitution, health outcomes, or any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Reviews are moderated to maintain compliance with RUO regulations.

9.2 No Endorsement of User Content

Customer reviews do not represent the views, opinions, or guidance of PepperCo. Any content within reviews that describes human use, dosing, or health outcomes is not endorsed by PepperCo and will be removed upon discovery. PepperCo does not adopt customer reviews as its own claims.

9.3 Buyer Responsibility for UGC

By submitting a review or any user-generated content, you represent that your content does not reference human or animal use, dosing protocols, or therapeutic outcomes. You agree to indemnify PepperCo against any claims arising from your submitted content.

10. THIRD-PARTY & AFFILIATE CONTENT

PepperCo is not responsible for content created by third parties, including social media influencers, affiliates, or community forum participants. Affiliate relationships are governed by separate agreements that explicitly prohibit affiliates from making human-use claims, dosing recommendations, or therapeutic representations about PepperCo products.

PepperCo actively monitors affiliate and influencer content. Any affiliate or partner found making non-compliant claims about PepperCo products will have their affiliate agreement terminated immediately. PepperCo does not adopt, endorse, or assume liability for third-party content that violates our affiliate terms.

If you become aware of any third-party content that references PepperCo products in connection with human use, please report it to compliance@peppercoresearch.com.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

By purchasing products from PepperCo, the buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PepperCo Research, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, fines, penalties, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

– (a) the buyer’s misuse of any product purchased through the Site;

– (b) any administration of a product to a human or animal;

– (c) any breach of these Terms by the buyer;

– (d) the buyer’s violation of any law in connection with the Site or any product purchased;

– (e) any content submitted by the buyer in reviews or other user-generated content;

– (f) any claim by a third party arising from the buyer’s use, distribution, or administration of products.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepperCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased from the Site.

PepperCo’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or any product purchased shall not exceed the amount the buyer paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

13. COA & TESTING DISCLAIMER

Certificates of Analysis provided by PepperCo reflect testing performed by independent third-party laboratories on specific batches/lots. COA results are limited to the tests performed and the samples submitted. PepperCo does not warrant that:

– COA results will be reproducible under different analytical conditions or methodologies.

– Products will be safe, effective, or suitable for any particular application.

– Products will not cause harm if used outside of their intended research context.

The buyer is responsible for conducting their own safety assessments, risk evaluations, and analytical validation before using any product.

14. NO AGENCY OR ADVISORY RELATIONSHIP

Nothing on this Site creates an advisory, consulting, or agency relationship between PepperCo and the buyer. PepperCo does not provide research guidance, protocol recommendations, dosing advice, or scientific consulting. Product descriptions reference published literature for context only and do not constitute PepperCo’s recommendation or endorsement of any research approach.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, catalog identifiers, page layouts, and design elements, is the property of PepperCo Research and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Site content is prohibited.

The PepperCo Research name, logo, and catalog identifiers (including PCR- prefixed designations) are trademarks or trade dress of PepperCo Research.

16. PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Age verification acknowledgments are recorded server-side with a 30-day expiry. We hash your IP address and user-agent identifier to maintain this record without storing personally identifiable age data.

17. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION

PepperCo reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts where we have reason to believe that the buyer is not in compliance with applicable laws or these Terms.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS & PRICING

Product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and offer the buyer the option to re-order at the correct price.

21. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts that violate these Terms, accounts associated with human-use activity, or accounts that we believe pose a legal or reputational risk to PepperCo.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
